Cat. 8.1 (Cat. 8.1) sieťové/LAN káble sa používajú pre 25/40GBASE-T aplikácie, s prenosovou šírkou pásma až 2 GHz (štvornásobok šírky pásma Cat. 6A). Zelené/priehľadné konektory RJ45 umožňujú jednoduché optické rozlíšenie do Goobay patch káblov kategórie CAT 8.1. Indikácia dĺžky na lisovanej ochrannej objímke s odľahčením v ťahu a ochranou západkovej páčky, ktorá zabraňuje zaseknutiu kábla a odlomeniu západkovej páčky od zástrčky, spĺňa všetky požiadavky širokej škály aplikácie.
