Fibre optic cable between fibre outlet and modem
- Matching FTTH connection: The cable connects LC/APC and SC/APC ports with an 8° APC polish. It suits indoor devices with optical interfaces.
- Armoured cable construction: Flexible stainless steel spiral tubing is integrated into the fibre cable. The additional armour complements its construction for routing between matching fibre ports.
- Discreet cable routing: The white jacket visually matches light walls and skirting boards, allowing visible routing in living areas.
- Singlemode technology: The OS2 fibre with 9/125 µm meets the specified G657.A2 specification. The simplex cable provides an optical connection via matching LC/APC and SC/APC interfaces.
- Documented measurements: Insertion loss is below 0.30 dB, typically below 0.20 dB. Return loss is above 60 dB. A test report is included with the fibre cable.
The InLine fibre optic cable connects matching LC/APC and SC/APC ports in an FTTH installation, for example a fibre access point and a modem with a suitable optical interface.
The white jacket allows discreet routing in light-coloured living areas. If the outlet is away from the desired equipment location, choose a suitable length to plan the cable path.
Integrated flexible stainless steel spiral tubing complements the construction, providing an armoured fibre cable where that mechanical construction is desired.
The halogen-free jacket and compact 3.0 mm diameter complete the construction. Available versions allow selection of the required length for the connection distance.
